Our Story
Tovli Recovery was born from a deep belief that recovery and mental wellness should be rooted in humanity not judgment.
The name Tovli comes from the Hebrew phrase meaning “It is good for me” a reminder that every step toward healing, whether from addiction or a mental health condition, is a step toward something good.
Our founders, with decades of behavioral health experience across both substance use and mental health treatment, envisioned a place that bridges traditional clinical care and modern accessibility where healing feels personal, flexible, and real. That vision took shape in Chattanooga, a city with a growing need for compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services that treat the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
